We do not save, store, or collect any user-provided API keys, GitHub tokens, or repository data. All processing is done in-memory and discarded.
Your privacy matters. GitMapper is designed to operate without persisting your sensitive information. We minimize data handling and only process what is necessary to generate your diagram.
We process inputs in-memory to analyze repository structure and produce a system-architecture diagram. Upon completion, the transient data used for processing is discarded.
GitMapper may call external services such as the GitHub API and Gemini for analysis. Requests are made only as needed to fulfill your request, and we do not store your credentials.
Operational logs may include basic diagnostic details (timestamps, errors) to improve reliability. Logs do not include user-provided API keys or repository contents.
We take reasonable measures to protect data in transit and during processing. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure, and you use the service at your own risk.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
For questions or concerns, please reach out via the project repository or the contact information provided in the documentation.
